Note: The Copy Student Scores task is only possible when moving from Section to Section (in the Same Section Group) with the same Instructor. You cannot Copy Scores from one Instructor to another.
Note: Before you can copy student scores, the Student must show in your Gradebook in the new Section.
Click the Options Menu, Assignment Scores, Copy Student Scores.
The Copy Student Scores Page will appear.
Input specifications are as follows:
Copy From: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to select the Section to copy from.
Note: The Section you select must be taught in the currently selected Session. You do NOT have to copy assignments from one Section to another. The Application copies the assignments and scores you select from this Section to the selected Section.
Copy For: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to select the Student for whom you would like to copy scores.
Note: The Student you select must be taught in the currently selected Section.
Copy To: Use the Drop Down List Box or type to select the Section to which you would like to copy scores.
Assignment Selection: Select the Assignments you want to copy scores from.
The Application defaults to all Assignments in the selected Section.
To select specific Assignments, click 
and then select the Assignments for which you would like to copy scores.
