Settings Tab

The selections in the Employee Portal Settings Tab determine what information will display in the Employee Portal.

 

Click the Options Menu, Setup, Employee Portal Settings Tab and then Settings Tab.

 

Check each Check Box according to what information you want to display in your Employee Portal.

 

Show Pay Info

Show Leave Balances Info

Show Staff Development Info

Show Education Certifications Info

 

Show IRS e-Consent: If you want to allow Employees to consent to viewing/printing their IRS Forms in Employee Portal, check the Check Box.

 

W2 e-Consent Statement: If you allow Employees to consent to viewing/printing their W2 in Employee Portal, enter your School District's authorization statement. Note: This is the statement the Employee will read before checking the Consent Box.

 

1095-C e-Consent Statement: If you allow Employees to consent to viewing/printing their 1095-C in Employee Portal, enter your School District's authorization statement. Note: This is the statement the Employee will read before checking the Consent Box.


Leave Balance Display

Select the Hours or Days Radio Button to indicate if you want the Leave Balance to display in hours or days in the Employee Portal.

 

Leave Balance Types

Check the Check Box next to the Leave Balance Type(s) you want to display on the Employee's Check Stub and their Employee Portal.
